Social Media
Social media are online technologies and practices that people use to voice and share opinions openly through blogs and other social networking sites. Throughout the semester, we have been working with social media sites in our Style and Design class. I now recognize the importance of social media and the impact they make on the public relations world.
I’m an administrator for the Auburn Family social networking site. Along with the Auburn Family site, we use other sites to post feature stories and video clips each week while updating students and faculty about current events and activities in Auburn.
